Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy
Your Satisfaction is our # 1 goal! If for any reason you are not happy with our products please contact us. If the item(s) received were less than advertised, damaged, or just not what you wanted...we will gladly begin the steps required for a refund with 100% money back. Most of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Returns guarantee with a 14 day return policy. We can not accept returns on international orders. Sorry for the inconvienience. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns AFTER 14 days are not accepted. We process returns within 3 days of receiving the product back.
The following items are NEVER returnable:
Special Order Items, Fragrance products of any variety. Any decoration or prop that is missing items, damaged, or without original packaging: opened CD's and DVD's, Prosthetics, used fangs or any other fake teeth, opened Small Toys, Candy, or custom-cut Fabric(s), "Steampunk Gear" apparel and gifts, unless broken or damaged, Magic tricks (any magic tricks purchased also includes the secret to the effect. Knowing this secret - how each trick is performed; becomes the performer's responsibility. Once the secret is revealed the effect can not be returned, or freely-distributed per the "Magician's code") Any items outside of these guidelines can be returned or exchanged.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your original purchase ONLY for returned items that fall outside our normal return guidelines, including: drop-shipped items, unauthorized refusal of packages, and oversized items.
Oversized items are noted in the product's description. Due to the nature of our products a 15% return fee will be charged if more than two of one item is ordered and returned, or if the item(s) in question was purchased with the intent to use it once for Halloween and then returned by the first or 2nd week in November! We will evaluate each return individually; case by case.
How do I send back item(s) for return?
Any returned items require a 3-digit RAN. (Return Authorization Number) which IS required to process a refund. To request an RAN and initiate a return; access your order via Paypal. Email us the “Reason for the Return” along with your Paypal transaction number. We will then issue a return authorization number. You must return the item to us within 14 days from the date in which you first received your RAN. Do not forget to check your customer email for this number. Print out a copy for your benefit. Item(s) will be refunded once they arrive back at our warehouse. Refunds will be instantly transfered via Paypal.
Important: Please ship your return item(s) through a traceable shipping courier with the RAN written on the outside of the box in permanent marker. If we do not get the package; we can not refund an order.
